At the same time, the bubble drag reduction system is used for the first time, which not only effectively reduces the total energy consumption of the ship, but also reduces the corresponding total carbon emissions by 3%-4%, which can reduce more than 6,000 tons throughout the year. The first use of a shaft generator system can effectively reduce fuel consumption, optimize fuel consumption and ship energy efficiency design index (EEDI), and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

★ Improve status and create new achievements after undocking
On the basis of stabilizing the integrity of the "331, three integration" docking, the ship completed the deep oil tank strength test and painting construction in the cargo hold area of the dock, and completed the painting work of the entire eight cargo holds at the same time. The forward ship has increased by 20% year-on-year; the engine room in the dock has been polished and painted, and the engine room piping system and cable laying inspection has increased by 20% year-on-year; the entire ship has been illuminated, and the main oil pipe system has been opened for oiling, laying the groundwork for the rapid launch of mooring tests. ★A series of breakthroughs to achieve “843”
The biggest highlight of this ship is the realization of the "843" construction cycle of container ships. Through reasonable allocation of production resources, continuous optimization of processes and logic, full coverage of previous ship's opinions and change orders, and intensive inspection, the ship can be undocking The generator submission will be completed in the next two weeks; the dock mooring test phase will be debugged according to the system, intensive inspection will be carried out, and the mooring test cycle will be shortened from the original 40 days to 35 days, becoming a new standard for conventional fuel tank ship mooring tests. ; Before the sea trial, all the lashing parts are placed, shortening the period from returning to the factory for sea trial to delivery. The sea trial was started two months after undocking, and the superstructure, cargo hold and bow area were ready for sea trial and delivery. Compared with the previous ship, the sea trial included an air lubrication and a shaft engine system, which added up to a whole day more. With the workload and piping equipment increased by 30%, the trial period was the same as that of the previous ship and only took 7 days; the labor force returned from the trial was reduced from an average of 3 or 400 to more than 100 people.
