
At the tail end of June, we welcomed a batch of new employees who arrived with dreams and aspirations. To help them swiftly adapt to their new environment and integrate into the company family, the second-quarter orientation program was held from June 20th to 27th. Guided by the theme of "Professional Empowerment · Cultural Immersion · Practical Breakthroughs," the program accelerated their growth through structured curricula, cross-departmental collaboration, and immersive experiences, forging a fast track for their development journey.

The training curriculum design adheres to a "precision irrigation" philosophy, encompassing 7 specialized modules: production workflow essentials, order placement protocols, procurement best practices, Technical Department's electric product knowledge, Business Department's operational processes with case studies, Planning Department's certification management, Finance Department's reimbursement procedures, and Administrative Department's Employee Handbook interpretation. This comprehensive knowledge matrix constructs a solid growth foundation for newcomers. Under the guidance of Chairman Chen, participants gained firsthand insight into production lines, observing manufacturing processes and quality control critical points up close. This immersive experience bridges theoretical understanding with practical competence, establishing robust groundwork for business engagement and career advancement.
